How to start the day…

I don’t know about you I LOVE my sleep, but I also hate rushing around and not getting ready properly because I have run out of time. So every morning I start my day 2 hours before I need to leave the house, I like to do some form of exercise in the morning but nothing to sweaty before work….EUK.  My favourite exercise to do is the easiest, which is walking. I like to walk at least an hour a day if not more. I love all the different sites I see in the morning, sometimes when we have such busy days we forget what is around us. So this morning on my early walk I captured this view, and I just had to take the picture. Sometimes we just need to stop breath for a second, and look what we have around us.
